300+ and Shrinking

Is there such thing as a safe diet supplement? I.E; SlimQuick, Alli, Stacker2, Zantrex?

No. There really isn't any drug that's safe to use longer term, and leads to sustainable weight loss. The only thing that's a safe diet supplement is having some fiber and drinking a large glass of water before meals. It'll fill up your stomach and make you eat less. Oh, and take a multivitamin, because a lot of cravings are the result of nutrient deficiencies.

In the end, most diet supplements are just loaded with fiber and in some case caffine -which is the rush and energy some people get to work out. I'd rather say it'd be best to take some B-12 for energy and FiberOne is probably the best. Oh and activia does work for me too!
