1. What is your current weight? 280 lbs
2. How much are you wanting to lose and by when? 100 by New years eve, 2011
3. How long have you been overweight?I was overweight as a kid and then thinned out in high school.  When I was 21 I hurt my back and gained 114 lbs in 1 year.
4. What kind of methods of weight loss have you tried?  Slimfast, low carb, green tea pills, 6 week total body makeover
5. What has worked as far as diets for you?  Eating 6 small meals a day works best for me.
6. How old are you? 32
7. Have any good recipes? My favorite quick breakfast and some times dessert is 1 pkg of lower sugar oatmeal or just plain heated up with 3/4 cup of frozen blackberries.  Only put in about half the amount of water the recipe calls for because the berries juice will come out while cooking.  Add 1 pack of Splenda to cut tartness, sprinkle with cinnamon.  If you are wanting it creamy you can add a spoonful of low fat regular or Greek vanilla yogurt when done cooking.  You can make this in the microwave.

Hi! I like the oatmeal recipe :) Clever idea to add the berries like that. THis is something I would like to try come winter (I'm in Australia) :)

That is quite a target you have set yourself for this year. Good on you! I am aiming for something similair - its about 90lbs. I do my weight and goals in kg although I convert to lbs for blogging purposes. My goal is 41kg by the end of the year which takes me to 100kg. So, we are kind of at the same starting place and heading for a similiar point at the end of the year. Cool :) We should be buddies :)

How are you going so far? Are you doing the 6 small meals? How easy is that to fit into your days?
